How long have you been working at UStor, and what’s your favorite part of the job?
I just finished my first month working in managing UStor Northwest. Although I have been with Anderson Management previously, where I managed Midtown Place Apartments for six years. My favorite part of the job is the customer service I provide and my coworkers.
When you’re not helping customers with their storage needs, what’s your favorite way to spend your free time?
I like to go to the gym to swim or read. Autobiographies and true crime are among my favorite genres.
If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would you go and why?
I would love to go to Capri, Italy. It’s very beautiful, and it has lots of great Italian food! 🍝
What’s a fun fact about yourself that might surprise your coworkers and customers?
I auditioned for season 3 of American Idol! 🎤
If you could give one tip for packing a storage unit efficiently, what would it be?
Pack and stack. Pack your boxes, keeping organization at the forefront when you are putting boxes and items inside the unit. Placement is very important! Place items in boxes that will be utilized frequently in the front, while less-used and bulkier items are placed in the back.
