Kindest gals in the office. Very clean office and units and easy to work with.

The on-site mgr is awesome I tend to forget when it’s due and then here she sends me a text to remind me and one or two times I was having money issues and she helped to make sure I didn’t lose my stuff I’m so grateful to her for that. And I feel that my stuff is very safe here too.

Wonderful place and a very caring manager. She goes above and beyond to make any storage need just right!

The most reasonably priced storage I found. It’s open on Sundays. Judy was there every time I went, she’s amazing. She helped me with both storage and Penske truck rental. Highly recommend!

Just wanted to say that Whitney is extremely helpful, friendly and *VERY* patient with customers. She took the time to sit with me and walk me through my account while making me feel comfortable and not judged. Also have to give a shout out to Troy for his willingness to help, care and work with me with he didn’t have to. ‘Real life’ happens and the team unexpectedly gave me grace when it was needed most. Something I will always remember that made a great impression on me.

Very glad I picked this storage facility! My unit was clean as well as the rest of the property. The gals in the office were super friendly and had everything I needed like boxes and a lock. Very fair prices and 24 hour access to my unit. This is where your storage should be!

I have had storage here for 2 years. It is clean, professional and secure. When my husband was cleaning out our unit, he had to leave for an emergency and the people working there chased off some people who intended to steal our stuff. We truly appreciated them watching out for us. I wouldn’t have a unit anywhere else or want for more in a storage facility.

Mary was so very understanding when I needed to move my mom. U-Stor NW is very clean and feels secure but most of all the staff has excellent customer service. Thank you!

Ruby is the best. She runs this location and she does her job incredibly. Couldn’t ask for a better storage unit facility. My stuff stays safe which my fiancé and I really appreciate. And ruby always gives excellent and understanding customer service.

I LOVE the ladies at the Indian Hill location. They have been so nice and easy to work with.
The first unit I got was too small for what I needed (I under estimated) and the ladies were kind enough to allow me to go to a bigger size and still only charged me for the original unit. (They were running a $20 special)
And then when I went to move out, I had only used the unit for 2 days after my rent was due (for the following month) and they didn’t even charge me for those 2 days.
I would HIGHLY recommend U-Stor to anyone and everyone!!!
If I should ever need a unit again, I will for sure go to Indian Hills U-Stor!

Good storage unit for a fair price.

We just moved in and it is one of the best storage units I have used. The office is open most days and the place is super clean.

Manager is great to work with. Cares about her renters. There is great security with multiple cameras

The owners are very polite,easy to work with I’ve never had a problem here, great place to do business..

Mary the lady in the office is terrific! She is Great! Nice clean facility! Reasonable price! I run a cleaning company and need storage so we could move our furniture to so we could move to a bigger office and worked out great! Lease was month to month.. Mary is the best! Would highly recommend this facility!!

The property is always clean and accessible. The manager on-site, Diane Ware, is friendly and fair. The overall experience has always been nice and will continue to use this place when the moment arises.

Thus is a very well maintained location. The staff is super friendly and will do a great job assisting you with your needs to store items.

Over the years I have used U-Stor from time to time and it has always been a great experience. They keep the facility clean and treat me as a valued customer. My storage is secure and safe and I have no worries that what I put in there will be protected and just as I left them. Easy access and affordable to me. I’ll be returning here for my storage needs.

We rented a 26 foot Penske truck and Miss Judy the manager was awesome!!! We were a little nervous driving a truck and trailer so big and she went above and beyond giving us tips/pointers on hooking up, driving, filling up and sensors. Much appreciated. Highly recommend this place of business.

Love the staff here…Judy ( on site manager ) Cares about every detail of this property. If you need boxes, packing paper climate control units at a fair price, etc with 24 hour access..this is your place. I highly recommend and use them often.

Best storage place in town. It’s managed by Ruby who is really nice. The prices are reasonable, spaces are good size and the indoor spaces have a flat cart available for use to move things in and out of the units. The property is monitored all hours. Feel very secure leaving my belongings there.

I’ve had a unit here for a few years..yes, years! Their prices are totally reasonable, it’s safe and secure, with an on-site manager. Her name is Ruby and and she is the best! And also Victoria, who takes the best title when Ruby is off. They’re both warm, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend U-stor West Central for your storage needs. 👏

We have been very pleased with both the service and facilities at U-Stor Northrock. We went in the day after we moved to town and Judy was very welcoming and helpful in getting us set up. She offered moving carts and cold water, and showed us to our clean and well kept unit. We would definitely recommend this facility to anyone in need of a storage unit.

Service was great and Judy Hayes helped us to get the truck and storage unit quickly after we were disappointed with U-Haul. She said they would get us the truck and we did. Thank you so much for all your help.

We had never used a storage unit before, but needed something while we were doing some remodeling in our home. Diane Ware and her staff @ the Indian Hills location on 13th Street were phenomenal. She was so patient with all our questions and so helpful too! The unit was clean and well maintained and everyone we encountered had a smile and friendly wave. We’ll definitely recommend this location to our family and friends.

We rented a unit from Mary just 5 minutes before closing time and she was more than willing to stay open late for us. The unit is clean, secure, and convenient. I would recommend it.

Great service at this U-stor. I rented a unit on 3-3-12 from Mary, the manager who showed fantastic customer service and professionalism. This storage facility has been amazing. The staff at Maize has worked with us since we knew we were going to be moving from Alabama last year. They keep an eye on everything! Between the cameras, gates and the staff, I feel like my belongings are very safe and we never have to worry. The rooms are very clean and the facility itself is kept in immaculate condition.

We have been renting since Nov. 2011 and have felt absolutely comfortable keeping our personal belongings at U-Stor Maize. We feel confident that U-Stor are keeping our items safe! Very friendly staff and a clean well maintained environment. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

We are planning on moving and needed some extra storage to open our house up. We chose U Stor for the excellent customer services, great competitive pricing, and the clean secure facility. They provide wheeled carts to bring your belongings to your storage area with ease and large dumpsters to throw away those “junk” items we all inevitably find when moving. The facility has security cameras and a coded gate so no one comes or goes without having to sign in. The facility is also concreted which is so nice compared to dirt and gravel units (especially after a rain). We weren’t sure the size we’d need but we were directed perfectly to the right sized unit saving us from paying more than was necessary. We are having a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking for affordable, clean and secure storage.

The North Rock U-Stor is great! Judy was so helpful. She was very friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. She was very efficient and quickly had me set up with a storage unit. I drove my vehicle around to start unloading and before I could even get started, they had propped open the doors on the way to my unit and had a cart by my vehicle. The facility seems to be well maintained and the unit was clean. Very nice place and great customer service!!
