We do not suggest you put your storage unit in someone else’s name. If there are disputes, we must listen to the person who signed the lease. And, if you sign the lease for someone else and they go into default, any balance due will be in your name.

No, at U-STOR, we only require a minimum of one month on your storage unit. We do not require long-term contracts so you can find month-to-month storage at any of our 7 Wichita storage locations. If you do need your storage unit for another month, just pay for an additional month (or months) until you are finished with it.

No. U-STOR works to keep our Wichita storage units as clean as possible. We do not want sawdust or overspray getting into adjoining units.

No, while we do provide car storage – we prefer that you don’t work on your car within it.

Yes. There is no tax on the storage rent or other fees associated for the monthly storage price.

Ground floor access and drive-up access may sound the same, but they’re actually different. Ground floor access is indoors and units are exposed to fewer elements but require more effort to get storage items indoors.

Drive-up storage units have a unit with a door’s access on the outside of the unit. You can literally drive up directly to your unit’s door and begin unloading.
